Went in for my click and collect parcel. 'Sorry can't do scan, system won't let me'. Just give me my parcel then showed id and confirmation but still wouldn't give me my parcel. Last time I use click and collect

Went in to buy coffee and use toilet... Toilet now only for staff, when asked why the facility was taken from customers just told head office told them to remove the customer toilet! Still available to the staff though.. Poor attitude from rude staff too
