The worse Asda ever been I have been always been to this Asda everyday the owner itself he has no manner
Yesterday I have been to the shop the lady who attend was disgusted and his own manager she didn’t give me right changed the manager itself don’t know how to talk to customer I will not recommend this Asda to anyone.
He try to cover his staff back

TERRIBLE..
UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE.
My Mother is 89yrs old and lost her husband recently and suffers with a stroke. She as to cross over the very busy road of Horbury road.
Because she can't get about much she as bought the Daily mail yearly coupons so she cross over and get her daily paper.
When it was Co op there was no problem. Now it's Asda she as not been able to get a paper for the last 6 weeks.
They fob her and me off saying they can't do it at the moment but it will get sorted. So after 6 weeks it as not. They will not help. Iv tried Asda HQ and you can't get through or leave a message. The manager at the filling station doesn't want know.
It's the only newspaper suppliers that don't take these vouchers. The newspaper is already paid for. Its just a case of picking it up.

Why are they not selling Asda's own products? Such as their own pop, crisps and alcohol items!! Only branded dear items (which most I don't like)!! Co-op did it, WHY CAN'T YOU NOT VERY CONVENIENT!!!! And, your website info is WRONG, you do not close at 11pm, you close at 10pm!!!! More misinformation!!!! 😡😡

Since taking over from CO OP this store is no convenience store. Been there several times, never got any milk, and the bread selection is very poor . If you want to keep your customers get your act together

Nothing to write home about. It's a petrol station with a mini supermarket nothing more but nothing less. Very handy for out of hours shopping.

Stopped for fuel but no gloves out on forecourt. So didn't buy any fuel went somewhere else. I'm not touching petrol pumps when people have been scratting there nuts and backside. No thanx,
