Got petrol and some stuff from asda and asked to use the bathrooms as we were quite desperate and they said they didnt have any and gave us really weird looks. Felt discriminated against maybe because we looked different and wore hijabs? They should have some humanity and not turn people away.

I go in regularly for everyday foods, and they are generally out of stock. Eg, I'm told they get a delivery of ordinary spuds on a Monday, and they have to last for a week. They usually last for 1 or 2 days. I was in yesterday, and approximately 20% of the shelves were empty (this is not unusual)
The staff are really nice and understanding but state that there is nothing they can do about it. They call themselves a "convenience " store! Hardly a convenience store if you have to shop in Kirkby or Settle.

The toilet has been broken from at least 2 months which is not very helpful when it’s the only service station for miles and there’s no where else to go. Very disappointing please get it fixed!

Gone down hill since it changed from co-op used to be a great stop off for a sandwich and toilet break. Now there’s hardly any choice, many items out of stock and the toilet is broken.

Limited stock and what is there are the more expensive options. Best avoided. The Co-op in the village is far better.
