Casual shopping shouldn't be a bombardment on staff more importantly what appeared to be a manager or supervisor talking and arguing with other staff. The woman's behavior and the way she was shouting was disgusting and if she speaks to people like that it's a wonder as to how there are any staff left.

The poor gentleman colleague on the receiving end did very well to hold his tongue. Completely unprofessional.

Will be traveling a tiny bit further to tesco from now on.

Hubby needed to get some big boxes. Went to Asda and was asked to come back at 5.15pm when there would be some. A young lady called Remy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist my hubby. Thank you

Found it pretty useless that when i phoned to check availability of an item that i would have liked several of, staff are not able to look up and find out for me if they have it. Takes me around an hour to get to my nearest store so a lost sale of £40.00 which would have taken a few seconds to look up. Oh and i am disabled and pretty fed up with store offers that are not there even on the first day of offers

It’s a convenient place to have , always busy - the staff are a mixed some are good and helpful and some not so good like the manager: I picked up tomatoes then noticed it was bad so told the staff it turns out he was the manager ,he took the tomatoes and put them BACK! ? hoping someone else would buy them ? OMG

I don't know what this Asda sells because every time I come for something, they don't have it, such as bread rolls or a small cartons of milk or bananas. Nothing special just everyday products.
Save your time and go down the street to the Sainsbury's Local as they carry more relevant stock.

Staff member at checkout didn't like my tomato, then decided to just put it to the side and not process it without even saying anything. Gave me total and asked me to pay. I'm excuse me, what about my tomato? When I asked about it, I was told it had no barcode. Went and got a loose barcode from the location they are stored then got told off for taking a barcode off another tomato. Employee seemed to be having some kind of emotional breakdown from their behaviour. They should be reviewed for suitability of customer facing roles.

Nice local Asda.
The staff have always been friendly and the shop is clean. They have quite a decent range of products, particularly vegan products. Recently they've made a separate chilled vegan section, which is really varied. Good range of gardening things. The fruits and vegetables are always decent quality compared to Sainsbury's
