Wish I could give this place zero stars - specifically the click and collect counter.

I've never met such rude and ignorant staff in my life. I can be stood there waiting to collect my parcel for 10 minutes before I'm even acknowledged. The staff would rather stand chatting to each other.

The most recent time I was there, I was waiting a good 10 minutes at the C&C counter (just me, nobody else queuing) whilst two females stood laughing and chatting. Finally one woman came over and said the C&C scanner is broken and the other one is being used so I can't serve you until the other machine is free - so why couldn't she have told me that previously rather than having me just stood there

This sort of ignorance happens time and time again with staff on that particular counter. And it's a shame because the rest of the shop staff have always been great - shelf stackers, checkout workers etc. It's those on that C&C counter that need some more customer service training.

Its my local store and I hate using it. Staff are unhelpful too busy chatting amongst themselves and avoiding helping customers. If i could drive i would absolutely shop somewhere else

Small but has most things you'd need, although there's a limited selection of fruit and vegetables. Pleasant, helpful staff. Don't be alarmed if anyone calls you 'love' - climb down from your feminist horse, it's just a friendly way of addressing you in these parts!

Next to nothing in terms of Vegetarian selections, probably worse for Vegans. Left with a choice of noodles or pizza again for a meal. Rubbish

Empty shelves, clueless staff this is more of a large convenience store rather than a supermarket. The basics are available but for variety and choice Asda Wath upon Dearne or Tesco is a 10 min drive away.

Absolutely vile staff, screaming at people to go to the till 15 minutes before closing. I get reminding people but shouting and screaming is unnecessary. You close at 4pm not 3:45pm. Think about your customers, when it's announced over the mic you don't need the security guard on one screaming at everyone. You made alot of people uncomfortable, customer service needs alot of work.

Shocking customer service by some of the staff, i bought the £6 pizza deal a few weeks ago where you get a free sky movie, when i was at the self check out i needed help how to obtain my voucher, a member of staff came over who was very rude! The way she spoke to me was disgusting, saying “you’ll get your voucher when you pay” in a very snappy manner, once i paid i asked her again, she then told me to print off my receipt and the transaction code is my redeem code, i knew this sounded odd but attempted it anyway, clearly she was wrong. Went in again a few days later, her and another member of staff was talking about a customer on the shop floor, some very unprofessional staff who work there, not all but some. it’s a local shop for me just a shame who they employ, maybe train them to have some customer service skills.
