I have loved in the area for just over a year now and for the most part is a great place to shop. All the staff during the odd day shifts I’ve been in on are really nice and friendly. I work nights so have to shop here for stuff at night as it’s the closest thing to me, however there is a guy with short balding hair (he’s the guy that usually works night shifts) and he is so so rude! Huffing and puffing when I ask him for stuff, always says there isn’t stock available when I can blatantly see the stock I’m asking for. During the past month this man seems to have “closed up shop for cashing up” just as I walk up to the window, and I heard him complain to his colleague on shift, to which his colleague told him not to say stuff in front of customers. This has been happening for weeks now and quite frankly I am fed up of his attitude! I will be speaking to a manager when I am next in because I am not happy with the level of unprofessionalism he gives! I feel very discriminated against because I am an outwardly gay male and he can see that. Sort your staff out and people will want to shop there

It’s a great place to shop. All the staff are really nice and friendly. We are staying near so have to shop here for stuff at the closest thing to me, want to complain about one staff his name is Mr. Maurica(he is usually works night shifts) and he is so so rude and insulting us every time. this has been happening for months now and quite frankly I am fed up of his attitude!. I am not happy with the level of unprofessionalism he gives! I feel very discriminated against because coming from other country. It gets worse day by day.

All ways seam to be out of items when I go there, and the worst thing about place is the member of staff (short shaven head) works a lot of night shifts who is very rude to customers huffing and puffing when you ask for stuff. I confronted him about it today and he start muttering things under his breath knowing I couldn't hear him. He said his name was Morris when I asked but I'm guessing he gave me a false name, I will be going in soon and speaking to the manager as until I get an apology I wont be shopping for fuel or food in there again.

I've been going to this garage for many years, even when it was the Co op, and have been a happy customer but today I was scammed £6.00 that was added on to my bill without my knowledge. Yes, I should have checked the machine when I tapped it using contact less, believe me I won't make this mistake again. It might not be alot of money to some people but it's illegal and I won't be using the petrol station again.?
