Worst place ever, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star . I went to collect my parcel with a code, my ID. The man was extremely rude and condescending. Asking for a tracking info that I didn’t have, I tried to explain but he just ignored me, avoid at all costs….

UPS delivered a parcel here saying I could pick it up any time before 10pm. I went to collect at 2000 and they refused to give me parcel saying the man who dealt with them wasn’t there. No information about when I could pick it up. An hour’s round trip wasted.

Excellent service and really helpful. Sender forget to send tracking email meaning when I went to collect my parcel some of the information was missing. Staff went above and beyond to help get the information and retrieve the parcel.

Shop assistant incredibly rude when collecting parcel. Refused to acknowledge it had been delivered despite giving his name and delivery tracking info. Found it myself and left. This is the second time they have not scanned in parcels. It’s sadly my local shop but I will endeavour to not use again. Sad they provide such hostile service.
