First time ordering with this company, and they were fantastic.
Within ten minutes of my order online I had a phone call to confirm my special message requests and what time I would be in and the next day the driver called to confirm his arrival time and he was spot on. Highly recommend!

I have bought several items of office equipment from here over recent years. Value for money is brilliant, variety and most important customer service is second to none. I had a char where the arm had snapped, when I contacted Armstrong Jane informed me it was out of warranty but as a good will gesture they would look at it and see if they could repair it. I dropped the chair off and within 40 minutes they rang me to say it was ready, they completely switched the arm for a brand new one. It's the service like that, that makes you return. Thank you very much to Jane and the team at Armstrong!

Needed a new desk chair as my old one was on its way out, so visited Armstrongs, and they had many to choose from. First of all, the service. Absolutely brilliant. Had a look round and chose the chair. I then spoke to the chap (sorry, don't know your name), and he got hold of the receptionist, who got the details and I paid her. She asked when I wanted it delivering, and I said anytime. She said will this afternoon do? Getting better and better. I asked if the driver could take it upstairs for me, which she said no problem. Anyway, Sean delivered it, after contacting me 10 minutes before, and he took it upstairs. Cannot fault this company. I just wish every company was so focused on customer needs. Well done, and a great big thankyou

I have been dealing with David and Gary at Armstrongs for years. Excellent customer service, great value for money and first-class delivery.

Needed to clear an office quickly, didn’t want to dispose of the decent quality items, rang Armstrong’s to see if they could collect and make use of anything. Knowledgable and friendly staff member answered (Jane). Within the hour Will and Sean came to assess and quickly removed several items that they will repair and resell. Fast, efficient and very friendly service. Highly recommended.
