I purchased my first item online from Armcandi.
Unfortunately, due to a technical error the name of my house was missing from my address- my parcel was delivered to a nearby neighbour’s in error, my kind neighbour contacted Alison and she kindly contacted me - after an episode of hunt the parcel 😂
- Alison was even prepared to jump in her car and track it down( now that is outstanding customer service)!😊
- my neighbour had left my parcel outside by my back door!
I absolutely LOVE my new jacket - I have purchased a lot of expensive coats and jackets over the years but this new Fransa jacket is the perfect fit, feels lovely quality and the artist design on it is beautiful.
The service I received from Alison was outstanding. I pride myself in providing excellent customer service but it is becoming a rarity and there is nothing like receiving a good experience so you then recommend whoever has helped you! - don’t hesitate ladies - beautiful clothes , excellent prices for the quality and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No pressure to buy and the staff have a great eye for what will suit you and won't sell you something just to make a sale.

Great selection of on-trend clothes that are great quality and will last the test of time.

They also stock candles and melts that make your home smell amazing.

The customer service is amazing and if you visit you won't be disappointed.

This shop is a credit to not only Alison and Justine, but to the high street as well.

My favorite clothing boutique ever! Customer service is fabulous. It truly is like having your very own personal shopper. The ladies do not disappoint in creating a warm welcoming environment, the shop smells great too (try the candles & melts). They genuinely want you to be happy with every purchase, no hard sales. I love shopping and Armcandi never fails to have something new and stylish in. They also make my holiday shopping a breeze with amazing styles, jewelry, handbags and shoes, you can't go wrong.

Alison and Justine are the best! They both work hard to make their shop attractive and welcoming to customers with beautiful displays of colour in their wide range of styles. I have always found their clothes comfortable to wear and of high quality. Their website is easy to negotiate (even for me) and items are always received promptly. Jus and Al really value their customers and nothing is too much trouble to ensure our satisfaction. Already, their Spring season collection looks amazing: bold, chic and individual. Love it!

Lovely boutique! Alison and Justine are very warm and friendly, you don't want to leave!
Alison can dress you just by looking at you. She is honest, yet professional in getting the right look for you. The ladies would let you walk out without buying anything rather than buying something that didn't suit.
There is always a cup of tea on offer as well.
I would highly recommend.

These two fabulous ladies cannot do enough for you...The clothes are pure quality, vibrant and something to suit everyone! I love having a treat from here, whether it be a special occasion or just because they are amazing. I do not live local, however, everything is true to size, value is 100% and I look forward to new items/stock. The shop is so welcoming, friendly and I could just try it all on. Go treat yourself, definitely worth it!
