came here today to refund a phone which was purchased, the screen was way too dim was taken out of the box and put back in they said we cannot accept it because the seal has been broken I spoke to customer service and they told me that they should of accepted it regardless. staff especially the ladies here are very unhelpful retraining is needed to learn the rules again. I have had a problem here in the past with same staff

Awful experience. 2 huge boxes at 50kg in weight. Plus a baby and a pram and the staff wouldn't help me carry boxes to my vehicle because the policies don't allow it. They couldn't just help someone who clearly needed some help. Just not nice people and not bothered about your situation. Won't ever step foot in here again. The pictures show what they expected me to carry with a pram and wouldn't offer any help at all

Bought a few items from this store a couple of weeks ago. Very quiet but it was a Sunday. Very quick delivery of my goods from the staff who were also quite friendly and polite. I would definitely shop hete again.

there was a guy name Phill helped us to claim a warranty without a bill. we only had the bank payment proof and he trace the payment to the bill and helped us to claim the warranty. recommended to everyone.

Bought this for the lights as my children fascinated with lights. Back panel faulty and dent on screen took it back. And on employee taking it out of box corner bit broke (2 MAN FIGURE REQUIRED ON TAKING OUT OF BOX LOGO). Wouldn't exchange or refund. So left it a week heard nothing. So after my kids had gone months without a tv before I had enough money saved to purchase this. I went to collect it on unboxing it, was discussing not packed just thrown in box with loads of scratches on screen. Manager who Wouldn't do a damn thing, watching my toddlers crying. Is called GAIL. Hope she doesn't have kids being so hard faced in front of my kids. Needs retraining in customer service.

So I took a hoover back to the store and got racially profiled and told that I broke the Hoover myself and I was not receiving a refund even though I only bought the Hoover two months ago and have a reference number from tower to confirm a refund or replacement the still refused to give me a refund or exchange I have rang Argos and made a formal complaint and they will be speaking to the manager there
