Expensive for what it is. I also tried to take back an item but they wouldn't accept the return because it "could" be opened - it hadn't. The thing is, it is sold this way. Luckily is was a small item, however in future, I will be heading down the road to Chris Stevens for all my hardware from now on.

Rude and condescending service. He really needs to check his attitude. Instead of providing what I wanted, the salesperson attempted to sell me another product, which was not helpful as he insisted, I'm not going back for sure.

They had what i needed in stock but almpst double the price of screwfix and toolstation. I bought 1 pack of Stanley staples £8.
