Popped in to The Rose Bud Cafe which is excellent. Nice arcade with a couple of cafes and a few shops in it.
If you go on a Friday, take in the Flea Market which is a short distance away.

This is a hidden gem within Hitchin
In keeping with its 1920s architecture it has an eclectic mix of bespoke shops and cafes. Well recommended to just browse through. With a car park at the rear adjacent to the library.

I have been 3 times to the fone shop in this Arcade. Unfortunately all 3 times failed to get what I was looking for. Not their fault, so they get 3 * for trying to help. 🤷🏾‍♂️
