Don't use this company, avoid by any means!!!
I have an overseas parcel stuck in London office and no contact details, no working phone number, no emails, online help form is fake, no true or clear address to go and fetch!!. how can I reach my parcel or get my money back, never face such low service.

I don't know much about the company , but I met an extremely racist security lad. Definitely no education, but he was barking that I need to go back home. At some point threatened me that he will call the police. When I dialled the police he disappeared by magic.
Not recommend to go there if you're born somewhere else than here.

Visited their website to try and find out more information about a parcel I was needing sent from the United States as the senses tracking link wasn't very good. Sadly this site was just as bad, that was not much information to help me, no details of who parcels are passed to when they are sent to the United Kingdom, this information would be helpful as can then try and get tracking information for the last mile. The navigation of the website is poor, the user experience is poor and the graphical user experience is not appealing.

Dishonest company
Aramex supposedly delivered a package to my home. It had never arrived. None of my neighbours had received it.
Contact via their website help page was faulty.
Sent an email three times and got the same response- a specialist team are helping with your query.
Three weeks later, called them and the woman criticised me and said I should have called earlier. According to her, the parcel had never been delivered, despite their email to me saying it had been, but was stuck at a DPD depot. She promised it would be delivered within a week.
She never apologised and no parcel ever arrived.

I honestly couldn’t recommend aramex more. I needed a parcel shipped from UK to Tanzania.

After a hassle from the place where i brought the package from, a lady called MUNA FARAH helped me a long every step of the way.

Once my package reached the depo they found it for me and within a weekend it was in Tanzania.

I cannot recommend the lady who was helping me anymore, thankyou Muna Farah from the support team so much and thanks to Aramex for the speedy delivery.
