I phoned up to confirm they had the rc car i wanted in stock. They were very helpful on the phone and held the car until I went to pick up it up after work the same day. Everyone in the store was friendly, polite, and very helpful. They also had a 5% off on top of the cheaper price I found anywhere else. I will buy again from here. Brilliant service. Everything is fine till you have a problem.
Bought an Lg dishwasher and after having multiple repair attempts LG provided me an uplift number for appliance electronics to refund or replace the the dishwasher was beyond repair.
Phoned appliance electronics on the 6th and was told to email in the emails and someone would assist me as there was no one one the phone who could help.
On the 7th I called back as had no reply to be told I would get a call back on the 7th and if I missed the call I would would get an email. Again no reply so called back this morning before 11am to be told that the person who could help me was out for lunch dispite they had only just opened at 10am but I would get a call from them within the next hour. Big surpirse no call. I called back again to be told that they didn't have any available managers to speak to and evently had to settle an email response within the next hour with an update and options.
This time I did get a reply with the option for partial refund minus 30% or a swap for the same appliance. I am happy to accept the same item again if it weren't for the £95 fee they are looking to charge exchanging the faulty dishwasher.
I have now contacted consumer advice who have advised that this is in breach of the consumer rights act 2015. I tried to then phone and speak to the Alex who emailed me only to be told that you can't speak to anyone in the support team and I would need to email in. I have since emailed in a letter stating that they are in breach on the consumer rights act and again waiting on a reply as you can't speak to anyone mean time that will help or support.

Ordered a new RC online. Was stated as in stock at the time of ordering. Then I received an email a few days later to say actually it wasn’t and it would be weeks before they can even send my order. Order cancelled and purchased and collected same day from local hobby shop. Definitely won’t shop here again…

Terrible customer service on two separate occasions! First item I was denied a return/refund as the packaging had been opened. Second order the item was faulty out of the box and solution from customer services was to send out spare parts and suggest we take it apart and repair ourselves. Both occasions dealt with Alex and had to state my consumer rights and argue the case to eventually get a refund.

Got a FTX Havok from here and it is an amazing cheap drift truck and got it for £57 this shop has unbeatable price for the rc models and even provide budget and expensive rc models, Overall amazing shop and staff

Falsely advertised RC plane with missing remote and battery, refused to assist in exchanging it, Alex was rude in communication. I incurred £8 postage fees to return. I will be complaining to the ASA.
