Just left the store. I can not understand how it is safe for a man to operate fuel pumps while clearly under the influence of drugs. You can see that he is high and also the smell of drugs coming off him is very strong. The store has declined severely recently.

I went to put petrol in my car in the early hours of Sunday morning 17 Dec. The pump was off and after approaching the after-hours counter to have it turned on there was no answer. The lady on duty was busy putting milk in the coffee machine so was in attendance but refused to address my request until I knocked on the door to get her attention. She was shockingly rude and completely dismissed me a few times and told me they were closed and refused to allow me to fill up with petrol, even though the company advertises a 24hr service. This is the second time she has done this to me and her behaviour is disgusting and is a complete discredit to the company she works for. I refuse to use the garage again and challenge the owners to take action.

particuarly rude woman working the night shift last week, no visible name badge, she was in her 40's and of asian ethnicity.
Totally devoid of any customer service or people skills when she did finally appear at the counter.
Can somebody please find out whether she has received her refund from the charm school ....

Maybe one of the cheapest petrol station in the area, Sainsbury's always cheaper by 2 or 3p but not bad for petrol station that opens 24 hours.

But the staff are terrible and very rude.
I try to say away and only use in an emergency.

They also rob and overcharge you if you don't pay attention to what there are doing, for those of you that feel is cheap definitely must just paid for fuel only.

Time is hard and life is even harder it ll be nice just to be polite we're not talking about making a conversation or being any one friend that you add on Facebook or something along that line.

Really rude staff member!
Took ages to activate the pump. Was incredibly disrespectful to another customer, catching his hand in the night service drawer & refused to apologise.

Does Not accept fuel cards although it has a big sign with the same logo. Find it very misleading..
