Great shop that has lots in it for post pets. Really call for your child. Little bit of a zoo. Not that suitable for a pram but it was cool to look round. (I didn't use a flash for my photos)

Popped into this store and spotted a really nice Scorpion ? to add to my collection but currently own mostly tarantulas, spoke to Maisie and she knew everything I needed to know about owning a scorpion. She was well informed and very welcoming and professional.
This shop has everything required for a typical reptile owner, the shop is very neat and tidy and well stocked and kept. The staff are all very friendly and professional and will go above and beyond for your needs

This place is probably under new ownership as it's now changed its name, and acquired a coffee shop which seems very popular. Luckily, there is plenty of parking.
We were interested in their fish, and aquariums for sale. The fish tanks were well-stocked, and maintained, with plenty of variety to choose. We bought a tank, and substrate, for which we thought was a reasonable price, as were the fish, marine, and tropical. We were served quickly by efficient staff. We would recommend this place for aquatic needs.

Stopped off to gain some knowledge on behalf of a friend. The young man was quick to answer, and to get confirmation from a senior member assured me that what I was told was correct and very pleased. Huge selection of fish and equipment available to much to list. Great spot to stop in and shop

Awesome place. Went to look for fishies and found a whole bunch of animals for sale. As for aquatics- huge range of fishies and products for them, including live plants. I'd visit it again

Great place for all sorts of pets, from birds, reptiles, furries to fish and all the accessories that maybe required. Staff are helpful and friendly, but they also really care for the animals after they leave the shop, and will not sell them just for the sake of a quick buck. Certain animals require that you show proof that you have a set up or are willing to purchase the kit to have them.

There are a lot of works going on at the moment, so the entrance is around the side of the building - warning: very muddy.

However, it is always fun to look around and see all the animals. You can give a donation if you wish. The armadillo was out and about when we visited - always good to see.

In terms of goods, it seems well stocked and all the staff seemed knowledgeable.

Be great to see the place when it reopens.

When into store today just to have a look and get a few bits for my two rat boys (1 year and 4 months old) and spoke to a lovely lady called Emma. She was so wonderful and I ended up getting two more 16 week old baby boys that I have called salt and pepper. Emma was so amazing and is an asset to them. Great customer service and when I went to pick them up a few hours later she remembered me straight away made the whole experience.
