Fined for getting out of car park 3 mins late, due to car block one of exit routes. Company didn't want to know, just wanted the £60 . Greedy ,robbing company. Second time I've had to pay excessive amount, first time because the registration number wasn't working correctly and alot of cars got caught out and company still wouldn't back of . I got citizen advice involved. They refused to back off. There is no one to talk to at company and emails are dealt with after the time you are allowed to contest. DISGUSTING and I will not park there again.

Abit dated and if you are disabled you need to pay otherwise park just outside on the parking meters as they are all free to blue bade holders as all parking meter and carports run by the city council

Scam!!! Do not park here!!!
I parked on 12.08.2023 and paid online for 1.5 hour. I stayed for 1 hour and 17 minutes. A month later I received a penalty notice which I appealed on their website because I got the proof for paid parking. I received automatic email saying that they will respond in 35 days but I heard nothing from them. 6 months later I received mail from a dept company with the amount of 170£. I still have no contact with smart parking ....

An absolute scam I received two parking fines from this car park. For overstaying despite me having laid for 2 hours. Avoid at all costs it's disgusting that a retail park has a cark park that charges people for a stay at all, never mind the parking company scamming customers.

DO NOT USE CAR PARK in Angouleme Retail Park. Their CCTV start counting when your car entry the car park, so if you use 5 min look for a parking space and then use 3 min to buy a ticket, you will already parked 8 min. Those 8 min will cost you 60 pounds for the PCN because your ticket never match their system.

That why they didn't build the gate at the entry and exit. So that they will charge everyone with this few min delay

Purchased a ticket for up to two hour stay and then received a PCN from ‘smart park’ for staying for on the car park for 50 minutes. Not the first time either! Scamming genuine customers, definitely will not be getting any more of my money! ?
