Took delivery today of a plaque to be placed in St John's Church, Hook, Hampshire in memory of my parents. We had the church portico restored and the plaque records that. My father, Gordon Crowder, was a Licensed Lay Reader at St John's for 66 years. Finlay at Anglia couldn't have been more helpful or, come to that, patient given it took seven months for the Faculty to be granted to put the plaque in the Church porch. Our family couldn't be happier with the quality of the finished product. It matches the gold and black design of the portico. All we have to do now is install it. Five stars from us! UPDATE! The plaque is now proudly in place in the porch of St. John’s Church

We ordered a plaque to place on a tree guard to commemorate a life well lived. The ordering process was very easy, the order was checked by email to ensure it was what we had ordered.
The plaque that arrived is perfect, just like the test image sent.
It is a very reassuring ordering system that provides a beautiful item.
It’s the second one we have had done and have been very pleased with them both. The first is five years old now and has been outside all that time, it’s as good as the day we put it up.

Just received my plaque. It is beautiful and so well made. This was a replacement plaque. The previous brass one pitted within months which was so disappointing. This one from Anglia Sign Casting may be more expensive but will last for ever. My son deserves the best and this one fulfills that for me. Thank you

Gary, Family, and Company were the best option for my personal project.

I have contacted many places in the UK and other countries. In the process, at least 2 different companies contacted Gary about my same order (with a resale mark-up likely). So they are the source of other companies...

Further, while I was not in a hurry, most companies have a lead-time of 3 months. That is a little harsh. Especially for those, which ARE in a hurry (for the Dearly Departed, etc.) I also had contacted several companies in China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam, who claim to "secretly" supply many Western companies with their plaques, for half the price. I think I now understand the 3 month lead-time of most places...

Anglia Sign Casting claimed to have a 2 week lead-time. I did not believe it. You cannot order anything that fast today. Let alone cast bronze. Surely at least a month? True to their promise, I think they finished the plaque in just over a week. Days before Christmas. Absolutely incredible!

I had an idea for an improvement on my original design. They said they agreed it looked better, and were willing to accommodate me. I am happy with how pleasant they were willing to work with me on my peculiar requests. I also used my own, special typeface, which I use in my books I wrote. As well as many such difficult to cast characters. Such as ellipses and Umlauts.

Of all the other companies I have looked at, Anglia Sign Casting seems to have the highest quality. I actually went with them, primarily because they were so helpful and quick to respond. I just wanted to preserve these words, which hold dear meaning to me. However, I also now have a work of art. It is made of Aluminium-Bronze alloy. Which is a beautiful gold colour and is nearly as strong as stainless steel. Yet resistant to nearly everything. Corrosion, salt water, sea creatures, sparks, and on. I currently live abroad and had to use my local company to forward it to me, as I often do from the UK. I was pleased it shipped in a wooden crate, safe and sound. I had to open it, by removing the screws. I felt a bit like I was opening an ancient Egyptian artefact, like in the films. Ha ha.

I seldom order anything online. So I wanted to write this review, to help someone, who helped me.

What an honour it is for a company to make so many memorials. The Dearly Departed, Veterans, the historical and cultural British Blue Plaques, beloved animals, and other such reminders. Remembering the past is something only Mankind is capable of. It is what makes us special. Anglia Sign Casting has a wonderful artisan vocation. They are preserving memories, of the greatest importance...

The people at Anglia Sign Casting were very helpful and patient. I was sent a proof of what my memorial plaque would look like and had no problems amending the wording. The plaque was delivered very speedily and blew my wife and I away with just how lovely it looked. Thanks to all those involved. Thankyou Anglia Sign casting for creating such a beautiful memorial plaque for our mum/nonna. We were really impressed, with the quality of the plaque and have today put it up in her local community park and have planted a beaituful shepherdess rose to honour her memory. Together with the plaque this will be a beautiful place to remember our loved one.

Anglia Casting have been a central part of several projects that all required an exacting level of professionalism, attention to detail and an element of understanding and patience. Their support to the Scott Sutherland Project has been instrumental in helping to drive the progress forward. Robbie and his team continuously strive to meet expectations promptly and consistently. It’s fair to say that Anglia are at the top of their game and considered by the Scott Sutherland Project committee as an essential part of the project.

Anglia also provided a commemorative plaque to be placed in the Falklands on the site of a daylight assault in 1982. It required several alterations to the text before receiving MOD approval and each change was effortlessly managed by Anglia. It was dedicated on the 1st March 2023 by the senior military officer in the islands and included a low level flypast by a Typhoon jet.
