I rang Amy Louise in a panic this morning as my car had broken down and I needed a bouquet and ballon for my mum’s 70th! They delivered to my door within two hours and the bouquet was exactly what I had asked for - absolutely stunning. The flowers are so fresh, too.

My first time ordering flowers for a funeral from Amy Louise. I showed them a photo of what I wanted, they took my order and took a photo of the flowers. Today at the funeral the only way I knew they were mine was the card I'd written. Nothing like I'd wanted. Very disappointed, won't risk using them again.

I’ve used Amy Louise for over 20yrs now and they have never once let me down.
Service is always first class, flowers always fresh so last for ages and choice of unusual and the normal flowers, making striking bouquets. Take time to go into the shop - it’s an Aladdins Cave of gifts and home ware.

They say support your local independent but not a prayer in this case.
Went in this morning with two small pots that we had fairly specific but not out of the ordinary requests. This was to commemorate my wife's baby who passed away when a matter of hours old. The lady didn't ask what the purpose of the pots were but told us that they didn't supply the most basic of flower product, gypsophilia (sorry if misspelt).
She couldn't have appeared more disinterested if she would have tried.
She gave a price for what they could do. I make no comment as to whether we felt it was expensive, that's a business decision for the shop but the sheer unprofessionalism and lack of any real interest left my wife feeling not wanted and certainly not valued.

Received a beautiful fresh bouquet which had to be attempted to be delivered 3 times, due to a fault sender's end. They made a fresh bouquet as it took days to find correct address as wrong on booking. They even phoned me to check address and when I would be in to deliver to. Really went the extra mile, which was very much appreciated by elderly sender and me. Highly recommended - thank you so much. Flowers still look great a week and a half later in your beautiful arrangement..
