I tried to return a pair of shorts as the zip would snag as you pulled it down. They refused to exchange them, even though the zip was catching when the lad in the store tried them. Probably not a bad store unless you have a problem with a purchase, then you'd wish you had gone elsewhere. I've purchased a set of Mizuno irons there in the past, but someone else will get my custom in the future.

Terrible Service, no one seemed to want to help although there was at least 4 staff working. I was also told I couldn’t return in store due to an online order made via PayPal although the policy says free in store returns. I have used this store for years but I shall not return.

very friendly staffing team with good knowledge of products. Helpful with advice if required. the whole team are always happy to help. I use the range facilities on a regular basis , excellent quality with bays now having tracer facilities with many extra.

All good except the quality of the range balls. They need to invest in decent range balls that go a realistic distance or tweak the settings on the TT.

The team are a friendly bunch but I always try and deal with Clive who is a similar age to myself and has worked at the branch for a little my time. Very knowledgeable and would only recommend something suitable so I always go back.
