I just had a call from 1 driver, who is not even at my address, and cannot even speak English. I asked him what is the postcode written on my parcel,and he gave me the dartford depot postcode.

So I asked him where he is , he says he is in Lewisham at a different postcode to mine but eventually hangups. Amazon please ensure drivers are able to communicate and understand plain English. Otherwise you are likely to damage the brand reputation
