Disgusting service from the women that works there downstairs behind the counter with a big mouth. I wanted a dress that was on the dummy and she only had one left in my size. So many beads were missing and the women was like “well what can i do, just colour the dress in with nail polish yaar” Yeah because i’m spending £45 to put nail polish on my outfit. We also prior to my visit purchased 3 of these dresses went back to Liverpool and noticed rips and cuts in the dress and they said they can’t do anything about it. Nasty stinky attitude. She knocked of £5 in the end. But yeah won’t be going back.

I recently purchased a stunning dress from Amani's House of Fashion, and I am beyond impressed with the quality and design! Second time shopping in this shop and it’s worth travelling there. Sidra was super helpful and asked what was the occasion so she showed a few dresses which were nice but I picked up the one I liked the most. Needs adjusting but nothing I can’t do at home lol. The other staff also came and helped out as well which I thought was quality teamwork. I’ve even bought my daughters as well. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Amaans to think twice before doing so. We recently purchased a ladies' suit, which was displayed on a dummy, and were given a packed version of the same. Before finalising the purchase, we explicitly asked the saleswoman if we could exchange it if necessary. She assured us that while no refunds were offered, we could exchange the suit for a different colour within a week.

However, upon returning to the store within the agreed timeframe to exchange the colour, we were met with hostility by a male assistant. He not only refused the exchange but accused us of lying and even claimed the suit was damaged, which was categorically false. His rudeness and accusatory tone were completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

In the UK, consumers are entitled to clear information about returns, refunds, and exchanges under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. While businesses are not required to offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items, if a store makes a promise to allow an exchange—verbally or in writing—they are bound to honour it. The disgraceful treatment we received and the blatant attempt to shirk responsibility highlight a complete disregard for consumer rights.

This is the last time I will ever shop at Amaans. Poor customer service, dishonesty, and a refusal to honour promises are unacceptable in any business. Shoppers deserve better.

Came to get some dresses for my cousins wedding, the service was absolutely out of this world. Been here so many times for many occasions and always have gotten amazing service. Would definitely recommend to others for special events!!

Shopping at the downstairs women's clothing section in Amaan's House of Fashion was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I found what I was looking for. The selection was trendy and affordable, and the customer service was top-notch. Have been coming here for years and went to buy an outfit for a wedding today and the upstairs staff were really friendly and helpful in finding the one that suited me best as always. They always have the newest styles and designs too. They also have a jewelery section upstairs with great quality items which made matching the jewellery so easy!

Awful customer service! Went in yesterday looking for wedding outfits for my teenage girls. I asked for a small size and I got looked up and down asking if it’s for me! Then when I asked for a small in another outfit for my daughter the worker pulled a face and said that’s £150! I wouldn’t waste that much on her (giving a dirty look at my daughter).
