Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered 6 months ago, less than half the order arrived and the rest still hasn't showed up. Emails are ignored, their company phone number is disengaged (not surprised with all the complaints they must get). Wont refund, wont update, wont reply. Trading standards are aware of the company.

Dam, why did I not read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered 3 prints in November 2024, nothing has arrived to date. ‘Rango’ said via LinkedIn his email account was hacked hence no email response. I have 2 responses on LinkedIn to say that the order would be out ‘today’ (Early Jan 25) … nothing and no further response. I think it is disgusting as he claims to be a Veteran owned small business, that he thinks he can treat other veterans in such a dishonest way and has shown to repeatedly take people’s money and not honour the orders placed.

One of the fundamentals of military operations is ‘Communications’. Rango, you need to communicate to your customers, not rant at them. If your business had issues and your supply chain was under pressure, then you should have posted that on your website for customers to be aware of disruption, delays or orders not being fulfilled. Excuses are for the weak, get it sorted or provide refunds or expect legal reproductions from small courts or from UK National Trading Standards . In business reputation is everything. I see you use the motto ‘Utrinque Paratus’ … well lets see you live that and sort it.

I will not even give this company 1 star but I have to in order to give a review. I placed my order last April 2024 for $138. The items was never shipped and all I get was a run around on the single email I received after a few inquiries. This is the second time I ordered. I should have learned from the first one. It took 6 months and several emails before it showed up. I wouldn’t trust this company. Never again!

I ordered some stickers they took ages but so what it's not the end of the world. I am still living & breathing. ££ isn't everything & Its not end of life situation. I will always back a veteran.

Order stickers paid for on 4th Jan and still not arrived.
Shown as shipped and clearly was not.
Various responses back saying,
On route.
Had a personal issue
Not back from printers
Asked for refund now as patience has worn thin and had no response.
Contacted credit card provider to assist with refund.
Very disappointed especially from a fellow veteran..

Poor Review:
I ordered a hat back in January, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, they claimed to have sent it, only to admit later that they hadn't even bothered. It took numerous emails and follow-ups just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it was just to make excuses and promise to send it out "soon."

After leaving a poor review to express my frustration, they suddenly claimed to have dispatched it on the 15th, yet here I am, still waiting with nothing in hand.

This company's name should consider renaming themselves to "RAF" bore off with you excuses..!!!

Ordered a framed picture for my partner for his birthday. Very fast delivery and picture was excellently protected and packaged!! My man loved his gift and I loved being able to support our veterans. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon!! Highly recommended 👌
