Took 4hr 30min to replace 2 phone screens. Left both phones completely dismantled on front desk while he was out of shop for 3 hours. When one of the phones wasnt turning on when we got back, he panicked and tried telling me it wasnt working when i brought it in. Terrible service and terrible lies.

If this place could get minus stars it certainly would receive them from me. The staff is so rude and when I paid for them to fix my screen they broke my screen and tried to blame me for it. The battery also swell up because of their screen that they fixed and further tries to pass the blame down to me. They are irresponsible and rude. Do not come unless you want to make ur life harder.

Poor service provided by Ali mobile staff. I gave my ipad for battery replacement. They took over 2 weeks instead of 2 to 3 days. I had to chase for couple of days over the phone and visited their outlet to get my ipad back. on top of all that it still doesn't work. it seems like they tried to fix the old battery rather than the replacing it with new one. worst service I have ever received. Avoid at all cost.

Really messed up my friends phone, they broke it when replacing the screen and then made a right gash job of repairing the broken part. I wouldn't recommend entrusting your valuable mobile phone here for repair, take it to a professional place.

Ali mobile deals in repairs of various types of telephone and are very professional. The staff is very helpful & friendly. There is also a money exchange inside the same shop. It’s on the Hounslow high street opposite to KFC.
