Quality and variety have dropped majorly while still being overpriced.
Customer service is poor regardless but gets ruder if you try to challenge their false promises or policies.

To the owners - do better please. I’d like to change this review to something that represents an Islamic business better.

A great shop with great things! It’s a real shame the customer service was appalling when visiting this shop. The lady was extremely rude and quite honestly, after reading the previous reviews, I’m quite surprised she’s still got a job! Customer service is what’s makes or breaks a business, and she’s definitely breaking this one. I was about to purchase a hijab, all I wanted to do was take it out of the packaging to see if the colour matched perfectly due to the lighting in the plastic bag. However she did not allow me to do this nor do it herself. When I said that’s a bit cheeky, she told me to mind my language as if I’d used expletives. Absolute joke.

Lovely shop! Visited on Saturday and the gentleman was so helpful in explaining the benefits of certain products I wanted to purchase. Will be revisiting to stock up ?

The shop over all is amazing and has everything you need. However, cannot say the same about the staff. I am a regular customer for this store when I go, I usually pay using card. On the last visit I purchased a few items and wanted to pay with card as I don't carry cash. The lady said they don't have a card machine. I explained I have been before and a gent who is there on some days has allowed me to pay by card. I also could see she has a card reader on the desk behind her but didn't say anything as I knew she was lying and I said ill put the items back as I don't have cash. Once I said this magically she had a card machine and allowed me to pay. Very disappointing as you have a good Islamic shop and its lying to customers about paying with card. Next time if anyone goes and wanted to pay by card please do as they have a card machine but just state they don't have one. very disappointing.

It was a nice shop with lots of collections. The men in the front was nice and friendly. But we were served by the women, who seems very rude. She was shouting at the young boy, as he showed us the toilet to use when my little dauther asked if any. She was pointing us like why did we do that although we mentioned we asked and the boy showed us to use. She then rudely asked to clean the toilet (which any normal person should do after use). In the Jubbah section, she was very rude when I was looking into Jubbah and she was like telling me how to put back after I check each, although I was just looking for the right size and not opening any.
We felt so disrepected and left with whatever we found to buy. Its a great shame to bring such rude person in this lovely shop - who really need to be calm and little bit friendly.
We would never visit this shop and wont recomment to anyone.

I went in store.. they had good stuff. However, I couldn't say the same about the staff. She is ever so rude when trying to look through colours of scarf and deciding upon. She didn't want me touching them as the things will move out of place. Someone is not fit for the job and too busy with phone. Its a retail shop. Things has to move from it place for it to sell.

Fantastic service. The Mens Islamic clothing shop downstairs sorted us out for 8 Jubbas for an event very last minute. Br Uthman went out of his way to get them for us!

Very good selection of stock in this shop, the gentleman who served us was very helpful and polite, I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area again.
