Really nice big tiles. Customer service is a bit lacking in the Hayes store (ok it depends on the person) but maybe they are just too use to dealing with the building trade and so are a a bit blunt.

Beware their returns policy. They minus 33% from your total as admin/handling charges if you happen to have to return an order (obviously their is personal discretion and they can give you a full refund).

The tiles are amazing. Great range. Their are many large size porcelain tiles as pictured above.
I would recommend you go to the Al Murad in Wembley. Better customer services and a much bigger store showcasing more displays of tiles.

Tip- Staff have a discretion of giving a slight discount to what the price is that's displayed on the tiles but make sure you ask them can they do a bit better and most will do a discount.

Spent £891 on tiles and one box came incorrect and the wrong tiles. Accused that these tiles could be from anywhere, when we where short shipped on our tiles and they incorrect ones came from Al Murd Hayes. So far no resolution or apology. Go to AZ tiles, CDC or tilewala

The boys were absolutely wonderful in helping me and mum decide on new titles for our bathroom. They came out even better than expected and we are very pleased with the results. Will definitely be recommending their services to friends.
