Went to take an Amazon Return to this shop and they said they had too many parcels and weren't accepting anymore, they told me to take it to the post office.
A few days later I tried to take it to the post office, but couldn't as it needed to go to an "Amazon counter"
This shop was shown as my local Amazon counter, I tried again (about a week after I initially tried) thinking they would have space for parcels now.
To be told that they are no longer accepting Amazon returns, when I questioned them they said well they just have too many parcels (still on a Wednesday morning?)
When I explained that this was the only place I could take it they were quite rude and said I should contact Amazon.

I suspect that it's nothing to do with number of parcels etc... But actually they probably don't make enough money from it so can't be arsed.

Took my dpd parcel in and refused to take it and laughed in my face saying it's too big. After checking on dpd website it was well within size limit. If they didn't want to take it then fair enough but just say it as it is. If they didn't want to take parcels the size that 'dpd drop off' accepts then don't sign the contract with dpd and to make me feel stupid when they're the ones that don't know the size parcel they should accept is just rude. Maybe invest in a tape measure guys... so you can at least measure the parcels before stating they're too big.
