Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff when I went in to donate items. I was clearly an inconvenience, their eyes only lighting up at the big ticket item which was freshly priced and heading to the shelf before I’d even finished my donation.

Customer Service terrible and attitude needs to be addressed. Cafe exposed to smells from the toilet area at the back of shop.

I consider staff and volunteers to be the 'human faces' of the charities they represent and arrogant and condescending staff that humiliate customers and are generally miserable do not paint said charities in a particularly good light.
