We ordered our Swyft model 08 sofabed from After Noah. The communication around delivery was excellent as were the delivery team. It was easy to put together (even for DIY incompetents like us) and looks and feels great.

I was looking for a sofa bed for ages but really didn’t want any of the ones that had those thin foldout mattresses. The Swyft model 04 sofabed looked perfect for what I had in mind, but buying online without trying it out for such a hefty purchase was not my idea of a good time, so when I found out that After Noah is a local stockist, everything fell into place. The whole buying process was incredibly smooth and my delivery arrived within days - and it’s incredibly comfortable, you’ll sleep as well as on a real bed.

I would caution you to not try to put it together yourself 😅 I did manage it in the end but it was an unnecessary struggle; with the two people that the assembly instructions recommend it would have a breeze though.

After Noah is otherwise one of my favourite places to buy gifts for my friends and their kids - it’s always worth a visit if you’re in the area. Highly recommend!

UPDATE FOLLOWING OWNER’S REPLY: Tiger Tribe Shark Chasey costs £22 at After Noah but £17.99 on Tiger Tribe’s own website, as well as other online retailers large and small.

I like supporting small local businesses, it’s why I bought the item here. I don’t like being guilt tripped into a 22% markup.

I first saw the swyft sofa online but wanted to see it in person and it happened that one of my favourite shops AfterNoah had a few of the models to look at. The shop assistant took the time to show me how the sofa bed worked and we went through the different colours. I went away and ordered online via AfterNoah. There were a few issues with the code on the website but the team were super helpful and sorted it out straight away. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back into the shop to buy more beautiful things.

We love this sofa (Swyft Model 4 sofa bed). We found it on line and then looked for stockists near us. After Noah staff were super helpful and I was pleased to have a sit down on it before I bought it. It arrived 3 days after ordering and took less than hour for me and my daughter to put together. The bed is comfy too. And I am sure you'll agree it looks great!

We have now ordered two sofas from After Noah, and what stands out to me is the customer service alongside the quality furniture. I am particularly impressed with Amy's customer service. She assisted us with our first order and was knowledgeable and helpful with providing us information with the timing of our order. She set our expectations on delivery and confirmed our order in a thorough manner. Because of the wonderful customer service the first time, we made sure to come back to your store instead of one of the other stores or online platforms to order a second sofa. When we arrived, Amy immediately recognised us and came off of her break to help us, which we didn't expect but appreciated. She clarified the differences between G-plan and Swyft, offered us advice on the type of ottoman to order, and ensured a quick checkout process. All of you have been so kind and efficient in your communication. We love the store and will be repeat customers for years to come!
