Aevum did a fantastic job on our loft conversion. They arranged an architect to do the plans etc and a surveyor to check the work as it went forward. Their team (plumbers, painters, roofers etc) were hard working, friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day. Owners David and Dean always kept us up to date with how things were progressing and what was happening in the future with the project, and they were very understanding and obliging when we changed our minds on any aspects of the build (which we did regularly !!!). The quality of the completed work is very high and we are over the moon with the conversion. Would highly recommend Aevum to anyone considering having building work done.

We’re trying to find reasons to book Aevum again because they’re just so brilliant! We have renovated the majority of our house through Aevum over the past couple of years and could not be happier. Reassured by the quality and professionalism of David, Dean and their team. They made it a dream while we were still living through the works with young toddlers. They’re incredibly tidy after the end of a day. Stick to a schedule. Always pick up the phone / emails. Massively on the ball. The creativity of coming up with suggestions as well as nailing exactly what we’ve been after is so refreshing and I’m aware a rarity. So I would 100% recommend Aevum. We had David and his team at Aevum do our recent two story extension. The quality of work was very high, they were neat & tidy, prompt, approachable, efficient and did everything possible to make our extension as good as it could be. We are extremely happy with the work.
Alongside this, what was impressive was the work over and above what was expected: to solve any problems that arose during the project, practical ideas around the design which meant the end result worked better and also, since we lived on site throughout most of the project, they were considerate and made our family feel as comfortable as possible in the situation. Very highly recommended!!
