Brilliant service. Messaged late on a Saturday about available colours, got a response that day, photos sent on a Monday and Top delivered on Wednesday. Would highly recommend, found them to be very helpful & accommodating.

Arrived @ Active Dancewear yesterday not knowing that they were closed. Owner saw us and I chose the shoes I wanted and they were ordered for me yesterday for collection today.
Owners were very professional, knowledgable, delightful and friendly.
If a business can order my shoes in less than 24 hours they they have any returning business from me.
We were also sold suede soles for my hubby to stick to his shoes as unfortunately mens dance shoes are only made upto size 11 and my hubby takes between sizes 12 - 13 depending on style.
We would both highly recommend you 🙂

Recently visited to get a new pair of ballet shoes for my daughter. The lady helped fit the right pair and knew exactly what she needed in terms of full sole and sizing for her needs. Very reasonably priced. Won't be going anywhere else now for her dance clothing and accessories.

Amazing service from the lovely ladies who run the shop. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism when fitting my daughter who has additional needs for some jazz shoes. It is the easiest shoe fitting appointment we have ever had! Now got one very excited young lady looking forward to her cheerleading competition. I would 100% recommend this shop to others they show others how customer service should be done!

Just had to let everyone know about this wonderful shop. I went there for the first time last Saturday and wow! Spectacular service from the start, a lovely lady called Gillian took care of me and what a professional she really is. Tried different styles on, and settled on a pair but they didn’t have my size. Regardless she took my phone number in case they didn’t have any. Didn’t need it they turned up today Tuesday. Thank you for your help sweetie I will be returning for more shoes xxx

I cannot recommend Active Dancewear highly enough! The beginners wear outfits are fantastic quality and fit as they should for a reasonable price. But most outstanding is the customer service. I have honestly never dealt with anyone like Gill before, nothing was too much trouble. I will only buy from here in future...amazing!!
