Brilliant service. We called about a problem with our chiller for our home bar. It was easier for us to drop it off.
Customer service second to none. They quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired and serviced the chiller and it was available to pick up the same day. Highly recommend.

A big appreciation post to these guys at ABC Direct that came out first thing this morning to fix & save our deli counter & prevented us from losing hundreds of pounds worth of cheese! 🧀 For anyone one who doesn’t know these are a local company based in Great Harwood on Lomax Street, Oliver & Andy great lads, got everything up and running and saved Brie Mines Christmas 🎄 🙌🏻 Thankyou 🥰

What a great business this is! From start to finish they sorted everything for me with a quick response to emails and telephone calls. Within hours I went in their shop picked a fridge and was delivered!
So, I then picked a deli fridge which was also delivered the same day.

Fantastic service!

I needed a service on a faulty freezer for a store I run. I visited Andy and Vicky in the store and they were friendly and knowledgeable.

Andy arranged a swift appointment to come and service the product and he was reliable and professional.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with a report and his recommendation on how to proceed in regards to my warranty with the company where I purchased the freezer.

Their charge was the best value quote I'd found, I can't recommend them enough.

The Dream Team !
These guys are awesome. Fantastic communication throughout and they really went the extra mile to help me out. I only had a narrow window of time to get my water/steam boiler back from the brink and I’m pleased to say that they have given it a new lease of life ! I Highly recommend these guys.
