Top level products only matched by top level service. If you are in the market for a luxury time piece then you need to visit the Bremont store in Bluewater. It took me a few visits to purchase a watch but the guys were always professional, inviting and all around nice people, never any pressure. When I finally purchased a beautiful watch the whole experience was excellent. I feel as if I am in safe hands for the lifetime of my ownership. The product itself is absolutely lovely, super quality. All a luxury item should be. Well done Bremont Bluewater and well done Bremont as a business in general for your great products and brilliant staff.

It was a real treat to be greeted by true, passionate Watch folk who understand it takes time to decide on which piece is the right one. This is how the Watch purchasing experience should be.

Richard was the gentleman who served me; he has an excellent knowledge of the brand and the story behind each piece, and is a true Watch enthusiast to boot. He took the time to show me the full collection and helped me figure out which was the best fit for my collection, I am thrilled with my Broadsword Steel!

If you are in the Kent/Essex area and want to experience the Bremont collection in the metal, I can’t recommend Bremont Boutique Bluewater and it’s team enough!
I will definitely be back for another piece from them at some point.

Excellent experience buying a watch at Bremont Bluewater.
Looked after by Richard the moment we walked in to the store, very patient and gave plenty of time to decide on purchasing a Waterman Apex. Was able to leave the store and return with no judgement. I had a splendid experience at the Bremont Boutique. I was greeted by Mark, he has so much knowledge there were no question that he couldn’t answered. I was amused by his professional manner and so much knowledge. I stayed for a while and it was worth for staying not just for a drinks, but also for all the history I learned about the watches.
I honestly recommend visiting this shop, staff are so friendly and informative.

Met Mark Takacs in the Bremont Bouquet at Bluewater and purchased the Jaguar Grey 60 Anniversary watch. Fantastic customer service, nothing too much trouble. My partner, Alex, and I had a great experience searching for the perfect watch for Christmas. Lakubir was extremely helpful, served us drinks, changed straps on our chosen watch multiple times so we could see how they looked, offered us a tour of the Bremont factory in the new year and gave so much advice on how to look after the watch and set it up.
