The staff are very helpful & kind as always. Also the shop does good bargains deals on most shopping items too. I go in there a lot as the service is always top draw.

It's so annoying that only Co-op brand household cleaners are given prominent position in the shelf, aisle ends. The way to draw customers to the store is by offering a choice of brands to decide which one customers prefers. Minimum of 2 and not solely Co-op labelled items.
If the store did carry another recognised names cleaning, household items products I am certain customer would show their patronage even more.

Good for basic foodstuffs, bread, milk, eggs, cheese, butter, ham.
Also has fresh fruit & veg. Ready meals, frozen food and fresh produce to make meals from scratch.
Small supermarket, handy if you can't get to big supermarkets, prices sometimes a little higher than major supermarket. Limited choice with some product ranges compared with larger, major supermarkets.

Delicious choice of fresh Co-op brand bakery items every day. Straight out of the oven, warm croissants - yum! The rolls are the best I've found. They are great with a burger but also tasty on a picnic.
Helpful, friendly staff, always time for a chat and a smile. Such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The staff also remember the regulars, including their favourite items. Really impressed to hear about the ways members of staff help out their elderly customers.
Lots of fantastic fundraising and the staff take part in a lot of dressing up days for promotions - great fun!

Called in today to shop and was told by a rude female member of staff go to the end till. I was not impressed to be served by this person who has a bad customer service attitude. Generally I find the staff pleasant but unfortunately when I am served by this person her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest course in customer service may be helpful.

Great shop for the local community plus the fact it has a post office which in Stevenage seems to be a a rarity good selection of products staff are very good and helpful.Store as a coop has very good ethical views also as a coop member customers get lots of valuable savings and they also help local good causes opening hours caters for wide selection of people

It was cabaret today - a member of staff was singing 'Give it up' by KC and the Sunshine band whilst restocking the shelves - truly beautiful sweet music
