I orderd a pebbles boutique kids ruched traksuit over a week ago and I have not received it I got an email saying that my order was complete and it has not been delivered it was supposed to be a gift for my granddaughter and I am really shocked to be having to deal with this I am getting my hopes up that it comes by Saturday before Easter !!!! Absolutely shocking and no one got back to my emails either appalling !

Always order lovely clothing for both my children and the quality and pricing of the clothes are really good. Such lovely clothing every time I order and my kids always look so beautiful in the matching boy and girls sets. We love pebbles boutique.

Still waiting nearly 2 weeks and not had any answer of them which is so frustrating as I ordered 4 outfits for bday gifts and said up to 5 days still nothing . I am not sure why the emails r not being answered abd also was a choice to collect at Bexleyheath so why the hold up il never know as I've had stuff from China come quicker

On my first visit to pebbles i bought my daughter 4 outfits she absolutely loved them and the sizing was perfect. I was back the same week buying another 2! Several visits later she had an amazing wardrobe! Including shoes!
Now we are a regular ? can’t wait to complete her summer wardrobe ? .
Went to the new shop on opening day - it’s fab!

I have been shopping at pebbles for just over a year, I always go there to get my daughters holiday clothes and trackies for the winter. The staff are always super helpful when it comes to sizing, I needed a dress for holiday and the size wasn’t available in store the ladies kindly ordered it for me and I had it within two days, they always go above and beyond for their customers which is rare to find in most shops!

The staff are very friendly and very honest about their clothes, was soo helpful to know when i was going to buy a swimsuit and they were 100% honest and told me to size up. Will be back in once the swimsuit is in stock
