Do NOT use this store for Yodel deliveries.

I ordered a Vinted parcel to be delivered here. Got a notification saying it had arrived. Tracking number updated to say my parcel “has been delivered to your local Yodel Store”. Went to go collect it the day after - “delivery guy hasn’t been today”. Tried to explain it was delivered yesterday. “Well it’s not here, come back tomorrow”. Ok… Came back the next day. Was again told, it’s not here, come back another time. Went back again. Was told for the third time to come back later because it’s not been delivered yet. Time to collect parcel eventually ran out.

I can only assume that they are thieves and take parcels they like the look of - other reviewers have had similar problems of disappearing deliveries too. Don't risk it.

Had an amazon return done here before and it was done okay, the lady was calm, she processed it easily. But today a certain man was working there with all manners of attitude and was being nasty. I suggest the owners check if he really loves the job and not ruin business for them and if he own it, then he better change, cause he is nasty

Fantastic shop , owner is very friendly and getting my parcels from here is brilliant. So convenient when I'm not home , just pop in and grab them.

Big Thank you to the shopkeeper for helping my husband with gas card. Very patient and kind. Checked card, gave us numbers to ring to get new one and get engineer out to us. Turned out to be a battery inside the meter needed replacing. Thank you.

Had a Parcel sent here via ebay which had a query regarding the collection code. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Once the parcel arrived i contacted them again so my customer could collect, again a different member, equally as rude and unhelpful decided to put the phone down on me. Called back numerous times and kept putting the phone down! How unproffesional. Will be speaking to ebay and suggesting this shop is removed from their services as they clearly do not want the custom.

I always get my deliveries sent here. Nothing is to much trouble. Very helpful and always willing to help if there is a problem with how the sender has sent the item. They always sort the problem out. Thank you very much
