Delivery didn't turn at all , phoned to ask why ? I just told oh the drivers are all back now . No apology or asking me when could they try to deliver again just hung up . I was angry and walked to the store as my wife had the car very cold evening and I'm not very well and felt I needed an explanation . I didn't want to feel annoyed untill the next day .when I got to store I was told my order of a fence panel had been cancelled as damaged returned to store and refunded to my account , why was it even put on the delivery vehicle when it was damaged . The two members of staff I complained to were very apologetic asked when was it convenient to redeliver . They gave me a copy of the refund advise sheet, and another panel free of charge . I told them I had doctors next day and a funeral. They said ok they would get a fence panel delivered within the hour which was delivered .
Thank you for the effort to rectify the problem but I did ask them to pick a panel with no damage it is actually damaged but how can I now complain as free , the problem lay with the admin I was told Connor was the person who took my call and gave me no explanation and he did the refund back to my account without the explanation or message to explain that another panel would be delivered . The two members of staff I did see could do no more but a very poor effort made by admin and the person who loaded the van either damaged whilst leading or didn't take care whilst out on delivery

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my recent order. The order was misplaced and incorrectly redirected to Dartford. Additionally, I was given inaccurate information about the delivery date on multiple occasions. I have spoken to several people from your store, and shockingly, I was informed that the team needs to close the store just to access drop files using a forklift.

This entire experience has been chaotic and unprofessional, making this the worst company I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with you until these operational issues are resolved.

Please rectify the situation immediately or issue a refund.

Placed an order! Had a booking slot. Delivery has not been delivered. No contact from store. They are are not answering phones! online cannot make contact with them. No customer service at all. They better compensate for cement hire machinery and delivery charge. The least they can do.

Needed some screws and used the pic n mix fill a bag for one price - perfect as I only needed 4 screws and they didn’t have my size in the packs but it cost less and I filled up the bag.
Store clean and tidy staff very helpful.

Horrific experience. This is not my local B&Q but I’m told this store was responsible for my delivery and now they are doing nothing to rectify the poor service and products I received. I spent nearly £200 on wood nearly two months ago. It arrived with several defects making a lot of it unusable, which I flagged to the delivery driver straight away. I tried to refuse the order but the delivery driver told me all I had to do was call B&Q and they’d refund me. Complete lies. They don’t even have a number to call and multiple messages on X and email where I’m promised an urgent response have gone ignored. I’m sick of being lied to by this appalling company and will never shop there again. Avoid.

Awful experience at the collection point, which has happened 3/3 times that I have been to this store. This time, I waited 20 minutes to be served. The staff did not come to help and serve me whilst they all seemed to be wandering around aimlessly doing nothing.When I complained, a staff member finally appeared to help, and took 20 seconds to sort out my collection order, which should have been dealt with a lot sooner. The management at this store is poor and needs to be looked into, as this is a recurring issue. I will definitely not return.

I received a text that my order will arrive between 10am - 2pm. At 3pm I called customer service and ask if its still guaranteed that my order will arrive today. They said yes, just wait until 8pm.

So at 7pm I am still waiting for my delivery and I called customer service again.

It turns out they have re-scheduled my delivery for next week?! Without calling, email or texting me?

Now I HAVE to re-book the person who will fix my shed. Amazing Stuff isn't it?

Also I took a day off because I was expecting it to arrive today.

Non-existent customer service! You are better off buying from Home Base.

Over two months with issue regarding the return and refund of a Mallorca umbrella delivered on July 3rd, 2024.

As I have previously communicated in my emails and phone calls, not to mention the social media auto messages they use. I have attempted to arrange a collection and receive a refund for this unwanted item through multiple channels:

Four emails: I have sent more than four emails detailing the issue, the most recent on August 30th, 2024.

Three phone calls: I called customer service on July 9th and 19th, 2024, and was promised a pick-up by the Dartford depot.

Store contact: On July 31st, 2024, I contacted the Dartford store directly and was again promised a call to arrange collection, which never arrived.
