A very honest man who cares about what he sells. I paid a private mechanic to come check the car I wanted to buy as well (due to past experiences) and the mechanic did a full check, and a very thorough driving test, and found nothing wrong. It was exactly as advertised, and for a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

This was the first time i went to Dart Trade Ltd and i cant say i regretted going there.
I saw the car i like Audi Q7 4.2 FSI then i went home and discussed it with my husband and we then rang up to say we wanted it.
The staff and owner was very helpful, they are nothing like the big dealers.
When you go to the big dealers as soon as you walk in they have you sitting by a desk and asking you if you will be taking the car on finance.
At Dart Trade Ltd it is totally different .
They allow you to browse round without any hassle and when you need their help they come to assist you.
Slawek the owner was very polite and easy to speak with.
When i need another car i will definitely go to see them first.
Keep up the great customer service skill you have.
Whoever is reading this i recommend you try them out.

Very professional customer service.Very good communication. Was even collected from the train station.The SLK I bought was immaculate inside and outside and the engine

I bought a BMW X1 last august 2023 and since then I have had to spend over £1,750 putting right all the things that it has thrown at me. The worst thing was that the EGR valve had been blanked off. When I asked the dealer to put this particular issue right his immediate response was to get a quasi legal outfit to write to me, telling me that he, the dealer, was unaware of this but that I could take the car to a a nearby garage to have the blanking plate removed. I said that I didn't think it was my responsibility to do this and that the dealer could pick the car up anytime. Once again more correspondence with the "legal" representative who couldn't understand why I didn't want to be involved in the knowledge that BMW has outstanding recalls on this issue. I pointed out that the dealer should have known this as part of his obligation to supply a "fit for purpose" vehicle. Fortunately for the dealer, I am not a vindictive person or I could have easily run up a bill and taken him to court. Needless to say I don't recommend Dart Trade and giving one star is too generous.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 35d from Slawek at Dart Trade Ltd, I can honestly say they are the best car dealers I have ever bought a car from.
For starters, there is no hard sell, they showed me the car and even went around the bodywork with a paint depth gage so that I could see the paint was all original, then they left me alone to look it over thoroughly with no pressure before taking it for a test drive, even after that no pressure and I went away to think about it.
Having purchased the car a couple of minor issues occurred with the battery and a wheel sensor, Slaweck did not hesitate in booking the car in for me to have both of these replaced immediately.
I have never experienced this kind of honest, helpful and fair service from any other car dealer.
I can highly recommend both Dart Trade Ltd and Slawek and would definitely use them again in the future.
