Can’t stand the tall ginger woman with the evil eyes who works there walking around with her headset on like she owns the place giving people dirty looks and made to feel uncomfortable shopping there , please get rid of her

Can’t drop off parcels that are big there as the DPD driver can’t be bothered to deal with heavy parcels or long ones, our parcel was less then 1KG and he told staff to tell us we are not to drop big parcels he also takes a week to turn up to pick parcels up, I thought they were nice there but their all unhelpful!
