If you are collecting a parcel, be prepared to wait a long time. They will serve purchasing customers before parcel collection customers. I had to wait 40minutes! Also, rancid cheddar cheese! It was in date but beware of any refrigerated/perishable products.

both times I've come here, the man has been an absolute prick. talking to me like I'm deaf, tells me i need to print a label which says digital and doesn't need to be printed he says well ha ok try it then in an unnecessarily sassy tone. the woman overlooked me twice to the customers behind me. don't know why they've got so much attitude for no reason

I always return my parcels here via hermes and usually am served by the same younger gentleman who is very friendly and efficient. Today, as an almost 25 year old woman I was told off by the man serving me because I had two parcels and he didn't bother looking up from his scratch card to see that I was still holding a large parcel containing a coat so complained despite the fact I said I had two when he merely had to press a few more buttons. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I were male and looked older. Rude and inattentive and I hope I'm not served by him again.

Came to drop off a parcel at this shop to find it completely unattended, there was no shopkeeper in sight. Tried to use the Hermes self service to scan my parcel myself but was unsuccessful so decided to wait for the shopkeeper to show up. Shopkeeper came about 3mins later (had popped out leaving the store completely unattended). He then tried to tell me off for putting the parcel on a desk which had a few newspapers, telling me ‘its common sense not to put the parcel there’. I explained I had put the parcel there because I was trying to scan the QR code on the parcel. I explained if he was in the store he would have been able to assist. He then threatened not serve me! Extraordinary customer service.

Just remembered this shop from when I used to go to school at DGGS over a decade ago, glad they’re still going, lovely people that work there❤️
