We visited today and the staff were just so lovely and they sparkled, they made such an effort with my little girl. Real high level of customer service. Really perfect for gifts and it is amazing the creations made by young people. Everything we saw was beautiful and great value. Great work, definitely visit xxxx

Where to begin. This shop also holds a therapy service in the back of their shop, run by Young Somerset.
My suicidal 16 year old was referred here only to have her 1st, 2nd and 3rd appointments cancelled with no notice at all.
Her mental health deteriorated so drastically because of these avoidable issues.
If you or someone you care for is desperately waiting for an appointment here, you should expect similar treatment as well as serious breaches of data with next to no apology. Avoid.
