I had a lovely experience from start to finish at The Fall Bride. I went specifically for a Katherine Tash trunk show last year as I had my heart set on one of the gowns but when I tried it on I felt like something was missing so the consultant (I can't remember her name!) helped to put me in touch with the designer and we all worked together to create the dress of my dreams!

My consultant was helpful and super complimentary without being pushy. Overall a great vibe. Attached a photo the day I tried on my dress and the finished customisations on the day.

It was a magical experience, especially as my first time trying on dresses. The dresses I preselected via the Lookbook were waiting for me when I arrived, and my 2 guests also chose a dress each for me to try on. Leela was incredibly attentive but not at all pushy and allowed us to have fun trying all the different styles. The showroom is exceptionally chic and I should I choose a dress from The Fall Bride, I trust I would be looked after very well throughout the whole process. Simply a perfect experience that left us all in a wonderful mood.

I had such a great experience at the Fall Bride. The shop is incredible and what a fantastic selection of designers and dresses that I haven't seen in any other store nor wedding; they are gorgeous, feel more modern and different to any other dresses I've tried on. The team was attentive and made me feel super comfortable and beautiful & provided really helpful advice. From the quality of the dresses to their exceptional customer service, every detail was thoughtful and professional. The Fall Bride was the perfect place for me and I'm so happy I found my dream wedding dress here.

I flew into London (solo) just for this bridal appointment. The girls at The Fall Bride were so helpful - from tucking my luggage away, recommending a coffee shop and wine bar to pass the time, and (most importantly) helping me find the perfect dress. I didn't once feel alone in this experience despite being on my own - it felt like I was amidst friends. Best of all, I absolutely adore the dress I bought.

Very surprised by this experience! None of the dresses I'd preselected weeks in advance were waiting for me, even though there was no one in the store before me (it was a Sunday and they weren't busy). Several dresses were VERY dirty, torn or damaged! You just don't expect that when the prices are thousand of pounds. There was a robe hanging up in the changing room which had a long curly black hair on it, clearly leftover from the previous appointment. The girl assisting us was perfectly nice but didn't give us info on the materials of each gown, didn't hold up the train to show how they'd look with the right adjustments, didn't really help me to identify what I liked/disliked. This was the bridal studio I was most excited to go to and I'm afraid it was poor.

Amazing experience! This was my first bridal try-on and I came by myself so it was great to have Amelia there, she was very knowledgeable and helped me maximise the session. Tried on lots of beautiful modern dresses and was able to add some accessories so I could get an idea of the full look too. Such a beautiful space too! Thanks so much x

The appointment I had at the Fall Bride was so brilliant. When I arrived, all the dresses I had picked out were already on the rack ready to try on. The space is beautiful and the girls are so helpful. Annelise has been amazing at getting everything sorted for a rushed order timeline. Thank you!

Amelia was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Myself and my party loved her and kept praising her post our appointment. She was such a pro, knew exactly what to suggest and really listened when I was saying what I liked/disliked - I can not believe I found my dress after 1 appointment!! A specific thing I really appreciated about Amelia was that she respected my budget and kept this front of mind throughout - it really really made me feel comfortable and allowed me to enjoy my appointment knowing whatever I tried on I could get! Amazing amazing, thank you SO much Amelia.
