Disappointing Customer Service and Poor Packaging Quality

I recently ordered from LN-CC and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The box arrived smashed all around, with even a hole in it, showing a clear lack of care during packaging and shipping. Despite contacting customer service, my concerns were dismissed, and the only solution offered was to return the item at my own inconvenience.

With no accountability or compensation for the damaged packaging, I’ve now decided to return the item. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for LN-CC.

I will not be shopping with LN-CC again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and handling of this issue.

Item was shipped very fast but I was sent a completely different item. Ordered the Walter Van Beirendonck Beam Me Up necklace with the transparent beads but was sent the one with green beads. Had to return the order and there wasn’t a single option for a replacement. Lost out on FX fees and spent an entire week waiting for the refund.

Was offered a 10% off but there wasn’t an attempt to update their database to reflect the correct style code since my last feedback.

I purchased a Prada bag.
However, the item had quite a lot of scratches on it and I contacted the store to return it.
I asked the Prada store to check the defective part and they determined that it was defective.
However, your store said it was not defective.
And their reply was after the return deadline.
No matter how many times I contacted the store after that, they only replied that I could not return the item because it was past the return deadline.
Even though it was clearly defective.
And I can't accept it if the store's answer was vague and their reply was late, so I couldn't return the item and they said it was already past the deadline.

Terrible experience, absolute disappointment!

This online store should come with a warning for anyone considering it. After having my orders repeatedly canceled, I feel compelled to share my horrifying experience. Despite confirming the availability of the items with customer service—just to avoid currency conversion issues—my order was CANCELED AGAIN! Total disrespect for customers and complete chaos in order management.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this store. If you find an item you like, be prepared that they will never actually ship it. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. Save yourself the time and frustration—shop elsewhere!

When the price tag of their items are in the 3, even 4 digit area, you would expect their online store to at least be competent enough to send you the right item. BUT NO! Apparently they cant even tell black from grey, or cargo pants from shorts. The phone and the whatsapp customer service is basically useless either. And to this moment, I still dont know if it is the case where they messed up their inventory so just send me a random pants to “fufill” my order (IT DID NOT) or its just their staff being extremely careless ‍♂️

Update: AVOID AT ALL COSTS, so I didnt get anything useful from their so called customer service, and I am fed up so I decided to go for a refund following their OFFICIAL channel. And I tried twice, once with FEDEX and once with UPS. Both courier refused to pick up because they said the commercial invoice is missing. NONE OF THAT IS MENTIONED IN THEIR RETURN PROCESS! so, I am officially calling this a scam. Shame on you, as I shopped with you guys since 2012.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and despite the item "dispatching" two days later aka I was sent a tracking number, the tracking states the item has still not been collected by the courier. 20+ emails, 10+ phone calls and still no order or more importantly refund. Every single reply from their EXTERNAL customer service team states they are "escalating" the matter for my refund and they will get back to me "in 2 days", "after the weekend", "by the 15th of August" and yet still no refund!

They sent me 2 wrong size pants and I returned 2 pants to them.They only issue me refund for one pant. But the other pant, tracking UPS 1ZVV821y68695930005, which was received by them on September 18th, has not been refund did at all. The unit price is 455.4 eur. They said they have requested the refund and it will shortly be issued. But my payment provider APP usually shows refund money instantly. It means THEY DID NOT PROCESS THE REFUND AT ALL. THEY HOLD CUSTOMER'S MONEY AND DELAY THE REFUND THE PROCESS!!!!!
LNCC, when you read this review, please refund me 455.4 eur for the dan pant. I purchased uk6 but you sent me us6 and you let me pay the clearance fee myself to return it. But now you hold my money and not refund back!!!!!!!!!!!!! No way!!!!!!!

Was very apprehensive before ordering after reading the reviews, however I had no real issues at all.

I did find the delivery fee to be very expensive at £15 and would expect next day delivery for such a cost however it did arrive in around 5 days or so.

The jumper i ordered had a great discount on it so i took the risk and it paid off. would shop here again.
