I felt relaxed in the shop, I hate it when salespeople try and do the hard sale. Arnold, you were a breath of fresh air! You were very polite and friendly. I enjoyed the coffee while you completed the purchase. Ask for Arnold, such a nice man ?

Purley Cross Retail Park comprises of five well configured units. The site has recently been partially re-developed to create an unbroken terrace linking Currys on the eastern side of the site with the former John Lewis at Home store (now a Marks and Spencer) at the west. The new units, in the centre of the terrace are occupied by Aldi, Smyths Toys and Starbucks, directly fronting the A24 Purley Way thoroughfare. Lots of parking.

Opened new M&S at Purley Way. So big and beautiful shop! Food and clothes included. Can have get vouchers and free shopping bag when you enter

I thought Purley Cross Retail Park was okay too, but I don't always have to like everything and it's good for me to have likes and dislikes about places I've visited as well.

It's a retail park with lots of useful shops and a decent amount of parking. Not much more to say really. There was a homeless guy outside of Aldi shouting about getting 20p but I didn't have my wallet and he was a bit intimidating anyway

The shops are good. The selection is there. Easy to find. However getting into or out of the car parks on a weekend afternoon is horrific. Its gridlock and yoy become trapped in a stationary queue you cannot escape of yiy aren't careful. Chose your days and timings wisely or be prepared for carpark hell!
