Halloween and even Christmas home decoration available at the range.

Got a large decorative display at a bargain price of £6.99!

Love the scented candles and if you are into Halloween you will surely be pleased.

Went to return £32 worth Christmas decorations and the receipt states could be returned two weeks after purchase. Stacey, on customer ‘service’ bluntly told me there was a brand new policy introduced where Christmas items had to be returned within 7 days. She pointed at this lousy a5 leaflet. This policy had just been introduced. I explained that is all well and good but at the time I bought these items this policy wasn’t in place. She then spent the next 5 minutes moaning to her colleague how her boss wouldn’t be very happy with her about having to do the refund. I tried to make light chat but she was clearly not having any of it. I asked if this has happened often. Her response was minimal and rude. Another colleague came over and they all had a nice little natter over my shoulder about when they were leaving and who was on a break first. I’d highly recommend whoever is in charge to let Stacey know it is nothing personal when a customer returns something. Anyone would think I had put spat in her tea. Have a great Christmas Stacey.

Appalling customer service it’s like getting a blood out of a stone trying to speak to ANYONE that works for the range. I ordered my garden furniture and have 2 end chairs with arms missing, cushions missing and the tray for the fire pit table missing!! I will definitely not recommend anyone to use them absolutely awful!

I'm very disappointed.... the cafe is advertised but no longer open and the lift didn't work... both of which we found out after getting a shopping trolley and putting a very excited 2 year old in and promised him something to eat and a ride in the lift.... we had to take him out of the trolley, put it back, walk him upstairs.... luckily he is a very good boy and didn't make a fuss, but not a patch on other Range stores I have visited

Great shop. lovely at Christmas with lots of Christmas lights and decorations, my child loves looking at them all, some things had wrong prices written on them as when I got to the till it was different. But overall great staff very friendly

Plenty of different items to purchase in this store ranging from plants to paint,picture frames and dates, Christmas lights,bedding even carpet cleaners to rent. All under one roof. Didn't really experience long wait queues go down pretty quickly. If you want to put smile on your gf/wife's face take her to the Range (Croydon) Have fuuuuuuun

Popped in here today and my god this is a massive health and safety risk for the employee and public.

Good luck finding anything you are looking for here it looks like a jumble sale.

I've been to other (the range) stores before and this was just horrible. I didn't find anything I wanted.

I would never be returning here. AVOID do not shop here if you have kids. (the place could cause injury)
