This store has such a great selection of beautiful yarns! The needles they sell are great quality as well. If I didn't already sets, it would be a brand that I would consider trying out. I have been to the store multiple times now, bringing friends and my sister! The owner is very helpful and I have enjoyed our interactions.

Would give this business 10 stars if I could. It was recommended on line as all yarn shops closed. I was pleased to see complete kits available. When I rang to order the lovely lady slightly adjusted the colours and contents and reduced the price. P & P was free. My kits arrived today and are lovely. Will definitely order again. Just wish I lived near so that I could visit.

Brilliant Customer Service! Woolzone was the only place having a particular type and dye of wool in stock. I did order three balls but unfortunately only two were in stock. Got a call from the owner on how I wanted to proceed, wait until new stock arrived or ship the two items with a later follow on. (I needed the yarn I am knitting a Cardigan for my Wedding) Package arrived one day after I placed my order.

All things wool heaven. Great quality makes such as WYS and Drops, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just as well I don't live nearer or I would be broke!

Julie was very helpful, accurate, timely and sold at a fair price.
I had needed some extra balls of wool that have been discontinued. I made an enquiry (this wool wasn't listed on the website) as to whether she knew where I could source the wool. She happened to have some in stock and responded very quickly and accurately. I paid via paypal with an invoice and received the wool packaged well in good time.
