Ordered spare poles for the bestway pool as the kids have bent a few. The company contacted me to ask for photos of the existing poles to ensure the right product for me. Turned out it wasn't and they didn't have it in stock. Refunded very quickly and are sourcing the correct poles for me. Absolutely outstanding customer service. They could have just sent what I ordered but they went one step further to ensure I didn't receive the wrong product. Highly recommended for the best customer service ?

I ordered a spare Coleman Shelter T-bar pole. It came promptly. However, I was charged £7.10 for phoning the 0845 number and I never received back the £5 refund for extra postage I paid instead of using Hermes. So that's £12.10 extra on top of the cost of the pole.
You should review your phone provider, as the 0845 number is possibly illegal, as it's the only contact number for your business. You have to offer an alternative low cost number.

Ordered from their eBay page but didn't get the service I paid for. The item was as described but paid for next day delivery which wasn't fulfilled. Very intermittent communication.

Can't praise them highly enough - great company but my purchase wasn't tent poles - it was a replacement above-ground Pool Liner . Quick, communicative, we'll-priced I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Failed to supply products ordered. Failed to respond to emails. Refund process slow. AVOID!
