Visited the cafe...great variety of options. The smoothie was lovely and refreshing. I had the wild mushrooms with poached eggs, sourdough bread and streaky bacon...it was full of flavour and presented perfectly. I'd definitely recommend for a visit

Very popular eatery.. the food is delicious.. fresh, beautifully presented, and a wonderful slant on the usual. The chicken Caesar salad is the best I’ve ever eaten and whoever the talented chef is.. tie him to a chair..

Lovely lunch today. The service was great and wonderful atmosphere. They had a wonderful gluten-free menu, and my Gran thoroughly enjoyed her ham egg and chips and I had the steak sandwich, which was good, however maybe had a tiny bit to much feta and the steak was cut the wrong direction meaning I couldn't chew through it as a bite so ended up pulling it all out and earing separately, still finished the whole plate. Will definitely be going back.

Attended on Sunday 8 Sept. Ordered 2 drinks and asked for the food menu, no issues. Menu states breakfast until 1145am. I was simply told to order at the bar when handed the menu. Ordered my daughters breakfast and partway through ordering mine, another member of staff interrupted and said the breakfast was to 1130am on weekends. But the menu makes no mention of that time change on weekends.
Additionally, another customer was amending her breakfast order directly in front of me in the queue and the staff member looked at the time behind her and stated, breakfast will stop being served shortly, before amending their order. We weren't even offered to order from the lunch menu as an alternative, just told 'Urm we stop breakfast at 11.30 am on weekends, sorry.' That is not a good service.

The lady that interrupted me made me feel like my custom wasn't wanted or welcomed. I've been here several times and have not come across such rudeness and unprofessional behaviour.

I was so amazed at the quality of food and how it was presented, whic is worthy of any high end, Michelin star restaurant. And it was fresh, clean and very tasty. I had the avocado breakfast dish - THE best by far avocado dish I have ever had. I don't know what chef did, but boy, it was tasty. The service was friendly, smily and inviting. Indoor dining area and indoor coffee lounge with outdoor seating were all beautifully laid out and very clean. This us a must go to place when tou want to have a breakfast, brunch or lunch or just a coffee and croissant. The only thing is it is not wheelchair friendly. There was plenty of parking.

Hands down the best breakfast and brunch spot in Leicester. Proper meat and local ingredients, the bacon and pepper hash is one of my favourites
