I visit Corbridge regularly but have never visited this lovely shop before. Attracted by the advertised sale I found the shop nicely decorated, airy and pleasant inside with a large selection of ladies fashion over two sizeable rooms. Very friendly & knowledgeable owner. Will definitely call in again and yes, I made a purchase too.

Not welcoming or dementia friendly. Made to feel so uncomfortable when owner made a comment accross the shop floor to us alerting all to my mothers muddled error after I had lifted a reed diffuser to allow my mother to smell the scent . A small drop of oil fell from the reed. I cleaned the tiny drop of oil from the glass shelf with a clean tissue. My mother could not understand it was a reed diffuser and to my mother it resembled a straw. Another rude customer, a young girl , found this hilarious . I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed for my mother after trying to include my mother in normal activities like choosing an item of clothing for herself. We left the shop I felt very sad for mother as she felt humiliated . Alzheimers is a cruel disease and it's made worse for the person who's life has been devastated when they encounter ignorance and rudeness. My dear mother still has manners and this is a rare quality and something others could learn from. We decided not to make a purchase as our shopping experience was not a pleasant one. I feel sad there is no compassion for disability please try instead to understand a situation before commenting . Be kind it's a better world if people take time to observe before making judgements.

Expensive lunch with a friend in Corbridge today!!! Called into this lovely shop and bought 3 dresses. Could have bought loads more. Love it. Very impressed.
