Could spend days in here so much to see from bric-a-brac to genuine antiques, we were in here for 2 hours and barely scratched the surface. Brilliant place for browsers

Intrigued by some poor reviews, I had to go and visit! Great place with good sensibly priced selection, reduction on dearer items. Staffed by two extremely helpful ladies today, certainly didn't follow me round, but promptly and efficiently dealt with my queries and negotiated on my behalf with a dealer. What's not to like?

Really bad experience and I feel sorry for the dealers trading in this place. We were about to purchase five German vases but was treated very rudely by the woman expressing the closing time of four , this was 3.45pm and was told when asked if she could let us check the vases that we could only point to them, we are antique dealers and have never experienced such appalling customer service.
Obviously they don’t have customer service training and aren’t really bothered about sales, never again ?

An interesting place to visit. There are some fine articles of Furniture for sale and some wonderful antiques from across Europe and beyond. The Café is good and there is free parking. It is well worth visiting.

Visited Sun 30/7 mid morning.
Antique centre is nice and well stocked.

Cafe experience was awful.
We were informed no chicken for club sandwich so ordered alternative plus bowl of chips. While waiting other customers informed there was no cheese then no eggs which cut out vast part of menu. Male member of staff had a very unfortunate manner and was very sarcastic to customers and blasé that he’d ’not been shopping’.
Our sandwiches arrived. Cheese / tuna toastie was cheese on toast with tuna mayo on top and untoasted bread. Chips were black. Challenged waitress who told me they were ‘ fine just cooked in deep fat fryer’ and walked off. We eat out regularly all over the country and pay without issue but this bill was £25 which was high even if food had been good which it wasn’t.
I mentioned our experience to one of antique centre staff who basically didn’t know what to say.
Cafe spoiled the whole experience at what is a good Antique Centre

Visited congleton thought id pop in for a look around this antique warehouse.
Was refused entry because i was wearing a baseball cap.
There is a sign declaring no caps or hats.
When questioned the lady said because thieves cannot be indentigied on the cctv if wearing headware.
This policy should be displayed on the website as vendors could travel a fair distance to visit.
I left as i refuse to be told what i can and cannot wear.
I could have spent a substantial amount that day so sadly the business has lost funds.
Visitors beware.
